Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Hungary's government bond rating by one notch to Ba1 from Baa3, and is maintaining a negative outlook.
The Ba1 grade is already non-investment (junk) grade. Hungary’s credit rating is a single step from junk grade at the other two main rating agencies, Fitch and Standard & Poor’s, which both have a negative outlook on the rating.
